In the fall of 1999 when we started E. Paul & Associates, we set out with a goal of offering quality home Improvement at a great value.  We also decided to do things a bit different than most companies.  To keep the standards and quality high, and to keep the business as a small company.  I personally review, estimate, and run every job one at a time.  That's right, every job! By doing things this way every job gets personal attention.  I do not start a job until I finish the previous one.
